Fran Stephens
Fran Stephens has worked in public accounting since 1999, and joined the AccountingDepartment.com team in 2005. Prior to joining AccountingDepartment.com, she initiated and developed a QuickBooks consulting practice for an accounting firm in Nashville, TN, leading to a significant increase in the firm’s QuickBooks client base. She has implemented QuickBooks accounting software for businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. Her expertise in QuickBooks implementation, setup, training, and troubleshooting.

Fran has a Bachelor’s Degree from Davidson College, and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2002. She is also certified in QuickBooks Point of Sale software, and is currently working on her Enterprise Solutions and Advanced QuickBooks certifications.

Dana Watson
Dana Watson has been employed with AccountingDepartment.com since 2006. In addition to implementing accounting systems for our new clients, she is also responsible for developing internal policies and procedures, as well as developing and implementing our training program for new staff members. She has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006 and is currently working on the Advanced QuickBooks Certification, which she plans on having completed soon.

Dana has 15 years Management and Bookkeeping/Payroll experience with small to medium businesses. Prior to working with AccountingDepartment.com, she worked in many industries including Construction, Healthcare, Media Relations, Restaurant and Retail. She is currently working towards completing her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Huntingdon College.

Nancy Gordon
Nancy Gordon joined AccountingDepartment.com in 2007. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing. Since graduation she has worked in small and medium sized businesses in the Construction, Elevator, Restaurant, and Automobile industries. Her emphasis has been in management and bookkeeping. She has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2007.

Tricia Forgrave
Tricia Forgrave joined the AccountingDepartment.com team in late 2005. Prior to joining AccountingDepartment.com, she worked at a bookkeeping firm and provided various on-site and off-site bookkeeping services to small business clients. Her specialty at AccountingDepartment.com is identifying programs that increase efficiency and then integrating those programs with QuickBooks.

Tricia earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan Technological University and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006. She is also an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Method Certified Advanced Consultant.

Alicia Prow
Alicia Prow joined AccountingDepartment.com in 2008 with over 10 years prior experience in small business bookkeeping and payroll. Prior to AccountingDepartment.com, she worked as a Human Resources/Payroll specialist for 5 years in the manufacturing Industry and as a staff accountant for 3 years in the restaurant industry. She is proud to have been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2008 and is working on her Advanced QuickBooks Certification and AIPB Certified Bookkeeper accreditation. Future goals include taking classes toward her Business/Accounting degree.

Dana Gray
Dana Gray joined AccountingDepartment.com in 2007. She started her career in accounting in 1998 after working with a CPA firm during tax season. In 1999, she joined a small Telecommunications Company as Office Manager with duties including Bookkeeping, Human Resources, Payroll, Purchasing and Customer Service Rep. Prior to joining AccountingDepartment.com, Dana worked as an independent contractor assisting several small companies in various industries in the set-up and/or conversion to QuickBooks and staff training. Dana has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2007.

Joy Osuch
Joy Osuch joined AccountingDepartment.com in 2008. She is a graduate from Saint Leo University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Since 1998 Joy has worked in a variety of accounting fields ranging from food processing, small retail businesses, and the lumber industry. She has a strong foundation in job costing and detailed customized reporting. Joy has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2009 and an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2010..

Michelle Howard
Michelle Howard joined AccountingDepartment.com in 2010. She has attended the University of Kentucky and Strayer University and earned an Associates Degree in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems. She continues to work towards a dual degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She has spent the past 16 years working as a Bookkeeper and Staff Accountant for CPA firms and small businesses. She also spent 4 years as the Operations Manager for an International computer training company. She has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2011 and is working on the Advanced QuickBooks Certification.

AccountingDepartment.com supplies a Program Specialist with every new account, AccountingDepartment.com will be responsible for integrating programs with QuickBooks. AccountingDepartment.com currently utilizes the following programs compatible with QuickBooks: BillQuick, Method, GHG Corporation, Net Suite, Connect+wise, Fishbowl Inventory, PDG Software & Qvinci.
