Fran Stephens

Fran Stephens has worked in public accounting since 1999, and joined the team in 2005. Prior to joining, Fran initiated and developed a QuickBooks consulting practice for an accounting firm in Nashville, TN, leading to a significant increase in the firm's QuickBooks client base. She has implemented QuickBooks accounting software for businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. Her expertise is in QuickBooks implementation, setup, training and troubleshooting.

Fran has a Bachelor's degree from Davidson College and has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2002. She is also certified in QuickBooks Point of Sale software, and is currently working on her Enterprise Solutions and Advanced QuickBooks certifications.

Dana Watson

Dana Watson has been a member of the since 2006. In addition to implementing online accounting systems for our new clients, she is also responsible for developing internal policies and procedures, as well as developing and implementing our training program for new staff members. She has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006, and is currently working on the Advanced QuickBooks Certification.

Dana has 15 years management and bookkeeping/payroll experience with small to medium businesses. Prior to working with, she worked in many industries including construction, healthcare, media relations, restaurant and retail. She is currently working towards completing her Bachelor's degree in business administration from Huntingdon College.

Nancy Gordon

Nancy Gordon joined in 2007. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in management with a concentration in marketing. Since graduation she has worked in small and medium-sized businesses in the construction, elevator, restaurant and automobile industries. Her emphasis has been in management and bookkeeping. She has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2007.

Dana Gray

Dana Gray joined in 2007. She started her career in accounting in 1998 after working with a CPA firm during tax season. In 1999, she joined a small telecommunications company as office manager with duties including bookkeeping, human resources, payroll, purchasing and customer service. Prior to joining, Dana worked as an independent contractor assisting several small companies in various industries in the setup and/or conversion to QuickBooks and staff training. Dana has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2007.

Joy Osuch

Joy Osuch joined in 2008. She is a graduate of Saint Leo University with an associate degree in business administration. Since 1998, Joy has worked in a variety of accounting fields ranging from food processing, small retail businesses and the lumber industry. She has a strong foundation in job costing and detailed customized reporting. Joy has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2009 and an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2010.

Alicia Prow

Alicia Prow joined in 2007 with over 10 years prior experience in small business bookkeeping and payroll. Prior to, she worked as a human resources/payroll specialist for five years in the manufacturing Industry and as a staff accountant for three years in the restaurant industry. She is proud to have been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2008 and is working on her Advanced QuickBooks Certification and AIPB Certified Bookkeeper accreditation. Alicia is also currently taking classes to complete her B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.

Amy Harold

Amy joined in 2012 with over 8 years of prior experience in small and medium business accounting. Prior to she was the Accounting and Human Resource Manager for a growing manufacturing company in Houston, Texas. Amy currently holds multiple industry certifications including AIPB Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, QuickBooks Online Advisor and Expert. As part of the Client Implementation Team, Amy enjoys working with a variety of new clients, getting to know each of their businesses, and helping them successfully transition into their new relationship with  In her personal life, Amy enjoys teaching Zumba classes, doing yoga and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Jennifer Varner

Jennifer Varner joined in 2010 with over 15 years prior experience in small to medium business bookkeeping.  Prior to, she was the Accounting Manager for a large physician practice for nine years and a staff bookkeeper in an accounting firm for five years.  Jennifer currently holds certifications including QuickBooks Pro Advisor, QuickBooks Online Advisor and Expert.  In her personal time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.


Sharon Kelley

Sharon Kelley joined the team in 2014 with over 15 years of experience in small business accounting.  Before joining the team, she worked as a virtual bookkeeper and tax preparer for a local accounting firm and has over 10 years of experience managing a small petroleum wholesaler.  She is currently taking graduate level courses to obtain her CPA license with in her state.  She plans on earning an Master’s in Business Administration.  Sharon currently holds professional certifications including QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor, and Certified Expert.
In her personal life, Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and animals.  She also enjoys volunteering with several  local charity organizations and relaxing at home.
