Kris Merritt, CPA, CGMA

Kris Merritt has worked in the accounting field for over 19 years and joined as director of client services. In this position, Kris is responsible for further enhancing client experiences with's outsourced virtual accounting services firm. Kris also continues to improve upon accounting policies and procedures for's full charge online bookkeeping, as well as the development and delivery of training and enhanced financial reporting.

Kris leads the team of outsourced online bookkeepers, supervisors and financial controllers to continually develop systems of communication for clients and their accountants using the most innovative solutions in virtual accounting. In addition, Kris works closely with clients to develop financial and managerial accounting procedures to streamline and organize clients' virtual accounting services.

Shawna Kaylor, CPA

Shawna Kaylor joined with over 20 years of accounting experience working with public and private companies that provide financial reporting and financial controller services to small and midsized companies. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor as well as a specialist in implementing internal controls, SEC reporting for public companies, portfolio management, budgeting/forecasting and implementing accounting software. Shawna received a Bachelor's degree in accounting from San Diego State University.

Jennie Hoffman, CPA

Jennie Hoffman joined with over 15 years of accounting experience working within both the public accounting and industry sectors. As controller, she is responsible for the accuracy of all financial transactions, budgeting/forecasting, account reconciliations and reporting. Along with due diligence/acquisition experience, she has significant knowledge in accounting system conversions. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is a Method Certified Consultant. Jennie has a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Lisa Archetti, PHR, SHRM-CP

Lisa Archetti joined in 2012 with over 16 years of  experience as Manager of Human Resources, with a niche in building Human Resource Departments from the ground up. As's Human Resources Manager, Lisa directs all facets of HR functions, such as talent management, organization development, leadership coaching, and is responsible for ensuring's staff thrive and contribute to's excellence. Lisa is committed to delivering programs that enhance the culture of the organization in order to make an employer of choice.

Lisa holds her Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from New York Institute of Technology (graduated "With Distinction", Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelors' Degree in Therapeutic Recreation Administration, with a minor in Psychology from Kean University (graduated Summa Cum Laude).  She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR) since 2010, designated through the Human Resources Certification Institute.   

Kimberly Maki, MBA, CPA

Kim Maki joins with over 20 years of experience in both public accounting and a wide variety of industries.  She specialized in providing full cycle accounting services to small and mid-sized companies, becoming integral to her clients' management team.  She was also responsible for corporate, individual and payroll tax returns as well as non-profit audits.  In addition, she has managed accounting staff for a number of large companies, both privately and publicly held.  Kim received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Rivier University.

Mariam Ghumman, CPA

Mariam Ghumman joined the team with over 10 years of experience in public accounting. Mariam worked with large international firms and a local firm where her responsibilities included accounting and tax work for businesses in various industries. Mariam was responsible for corporate, individual and partnership returns. Also Mariam was responsible for financial statement review. In addition, she has managed accounting staff for the various firms she was with. Mariam received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Simon Fraser University.

Andrea Boccard

Andrea Boccard is a digital marketing expert with over a decade of experience spanning many industries and marketing disciplines. Since joining in 2013, she spends the vast majority of her time creating and implementing digital strategies to amplify business growth opportunities. Throughout her career she has spearheaded national and regional general marketing and major social media campaigns, comprehensive content marketing plans and viral marketing initiatives for major brands, has managed multi-million dollar paid search campaigns and advertising budgets, writes and ghost writes extensively on many topics, and is obsessed with all things inbound marketing, social media and SEO.

She founded and currently volunteers as the Group Leader for the Long Island HubSpot User Group, educating and promoting inbound and digital marketing to the greater Long Island professional marketing community. A graduate of Stony Brook University, Andrea also presents on marketing best practices and navigating digital marketing careers for students and new graduates entering the marketing industry.

Ashley Robinson, CPA

Ashley Robinson joins with over 20 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry.  Ashley has worked in a national, regional and local firm where she performed auditing and assurance work for clients in various industries.  She also performed work in internal auditing, leading teams that focused on company process improvements and as a controller of a manufacturing company.   Ashley received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  

Jennifer Westrich, CPA

Jennifer Westrich joined with over 25 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. During her 10 years in public accounting she experienced all facets of the services provided by participating in audits, tax preparations of all entity types, sales tax filings, payroll preparation along with monthly, quarterly and annual filings, as well as, monthly compilations.

As a controller in the private sector, she had the opportunity to oversee and manage staff in all areas related to the financial performance of the organizations. In addition, she was an integral part in development and evaluation of budgets, forecasts, KPI’s and cash flow forecasting models and managed the outside relationships with auditors, banking and legal counsel. She has significant experience in a wide range of businesses from construction to distribution and specializes in developing tools to evaluate and enhance the performance of businesses. She graduated Cum Laude from Southeast Missouri State University obtaining her CPA certification in 1994.
